Sometimes you want to personalize a specific item with a name, logo, or image. This can be a lovely memory of an event or person, or something for the holidays. Embroidery gives a luxurious look. We offer various options to make your design come to life on our products or something from home.

Our machine can embroider up to 360×360 mm.
🍊 Do you have a child’s drawing or a recipe from grandma you want to immortalize?
With our built-in camera, we can scan A4 sheets and convert them into an embroidery.
🍊 Do you want a beautiful detail on your sleeve or pant leg?
With our special ring, that’s all possible!

🍓 Prices
The prices below are in € (euro). For other currencies, you can use the Currency Converter from Xe.
Our embroidery machine operates at €35 per hour.
Additionally, we charge production costs for marking and setting up the machine.
Prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Commission packages can vary in size and weight by country, so these costs are often calculated afterward.
🍓 Products that WILL NOT be embroidered
Some designs are too complex, or products are not suitable. This may include:
🍊 Complex logos or images
Highly detailed images can be difficult to recreate in the embroidery program. We always strive to find the best solution.
🍊 Stretchable fabrics
Thin, stretchable fabrics can get caught in the machine and cause holes in your product.
🍊 Soiled products
Please provide clean products that have been washed at least once.
🍊 Rush jobs
Due to ongoing projects or the need to purchase materials, rush jobs are unfortunately not possible.
🍓 Shipping
Angry Juice is based in the Netherlands. Pickup is possible, but by appointment only. Products are shipped with services such as DPD and PostNL. Shipping costs vary by package and country. Angry Juice is not responsible for any damage during shipping. We pack everything with care and will contact the shipping service in case of any issues.
Possible customs and/or import costs are your responsibility.
🍓 Payment
Payments can be made via PayPal (for international) or bank transfer (within the Netherlands). After placing an order, we will send a payment request. Make sure to provide the correct email address! For international orders, the project will not start until payment is received due to the need to purchase materials. For domestic orders, we start upon acceptance of the quote. Cash payment is also possible.
🍓 Cancellations and Refunds
In case of doubts, we discuss in advance what will happen with the item. You can indicate in the quote if you do not want to proceed, and the project will be canceled free of charge. If you have agreed but the project has already started and you want the item back immediately, it will be sent or picked up in its current state, and the task will not be completed. There will be an invoice for the time, materials, and any embroidery already done.
🍓 Queue and Process
It can be busier around the holidays. Submit your requests early! Simple embroideries are usually done within a week. More complex embroideries need to be scheduled, and an embroidery card may need to be created. Our machine can read the following file types: .PES, .PHC, .DST, .EXP, .PCS, .HUS, .VIP, .SHV, .JEF, .SEW, .CSD, .XXX, .PEC, .PHX.

🍊 Risk of Damage from Embroidery Machine
It is possible that the embroidery machine may malfunction and damage your item. We will do our utmost to prevent this and to salvage your item, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it. Damage caused by machine malfunctions is at your own risk.
🍊 Price Adjustment
The final price may be higher than initially estimated, especially due to the time required to create an embroidery card. While this is a relatively new area for us, we strive to keep costs as low as possible.
🍊 Project Plan and Cost Estimate
The project plan and cost estimate are based on drawings, photos, measurements, and thread choices. Any changes or additions will be reflected in a new cost estimate and billed later.
🍊 Project Cancellation
If the customer decides to cancel the project, a fee will be charged for the time already spent and materials purchased. This fee varies depending on the situation.
🍊 Production Time
The production time is assessed on a per-project basis. On average, a simple embroidery takes about 1 week, while more complex embroideries may take 2 weeks or longer.
🍊 Shipping at Your Own Risk
Shipping an item is at your own risk. Angry Juice is not responsible for any loss of the item during transport.
🍊 Payment Terms
Payments are divided into “international” and “domestic”:
- For international customers, a payment request will be sent after the quote is accepted. Please make the payment within 14 days. The project will start only after payment is received.
- For domestic customers, an invoice and payment request will be sent after the item is embroidered and returned. Please make the payment within 14 days. Payment in installments is also possible for larger amounts.
🍊 Payment in Two Parts
If the invoice is paid in two parts, please ensure that the second part is paid within 14 days after the second payment request.
🍊 Embroidery Expectations
Please be aware of the expectations for the project. Embroidery can pull on stretchy fabrics. We advise against small or thick embroideries on such fabrics.
🍊 Quality and Errors
Items are made with love and care by hand. However, mistakes may occur. In such cases, we will work together to find a solution.
🍊 Environment
Items are embroidered in a smoke-free home, but there are pets present.
