💬 1. What kind of plushies do you make?

I specialize in handmade custom plushies based on your ideas, characters, OCs, animals, or even food-animal hybrids! Each plush is unique and made with love, using high-quality materials.

 

📐 2. What sizes do you offer and how much do they cost?

I offer plushies in a range of sizes from 15 cm to 60+ cm. Pricing depends on size and complexity. You can check the full price guide here or request a quote directly.
Basic ranges:
• Small: €100–€180
• Medium: €180–€260
• Large: €260–€400
• XL: €400–€550+
Add-ons and complex details may increase the cost.

 

🧾 3. How do I request a commission?

1. Fill out the commission form:
– Description/reference of your character/concept
– Preferred size
– Desired extras (pose, props, personal embroidery, etc.)
2. I’ll respond within a week about your idea.
3. Once confirmed, I’ll invoice you, and we’ll get started!

 

💳 4. How do payments work?

Payment is upfront via PayPal (Euro currency).
For orders over €300, I offer a 50/50 split payment plan.
Once payment is made, I will begin your plush!
Payments are non-refundable once production begins.

 

🕰️ 5. How long does it take?

Depending on my queue and the plush size, the goal is within 2–6 weeks.
I’ll provide a timeline when quoting, and you’ll get updates during the process.

 

📦 6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide with tracked shipping. Shipping costs vary by destination and package size. You’ll receive a quote during ordering.

 

🔄 7. Can I ask for edits or revisions?

Minor edits can be requested during early design (sketch/prototype) stages. Once sewing begins, major design changes aren’t possible. Please review your design carefully before final approval!

 

🔒 8. What’s your cancellation/refund policy?

If you cancel before I start sewing, you may get a partial refund.
No refunds after sewing begins.
If I must cancel, you will receive a full refund.

 

✨ 9. Do you take rush orders or deadlines?

Usually not! But please let me know if you have a deadline when requesting a quote so we can discuss if it’s achievable.

 

❌ 10. Are there things you won’t make?

I don’t accept plushies with:

• NSFW content
• Plushies larger than 100cm
• Extremely detailed or intricate plushies
• Copywritten characters (unless permission or license is provided)
• Hate symbols or anything discriminatory

 

📸 11. Will you share my commission online?

I often share work-in-progress shots and finished plushies on social media. If you’d like yours kept private (e.g., surprise gift), just let me know in advance!
