🧵 Project Plan & Costs
Once we agree on your idea, I’ll send a quote that includes design sketch, fabric suggestions, and any key details. If you want to change the design later, that may come with extra costs depending on the work involved and stage of the plush is in.
❌ Cancellations
If you cancel after I’ve started, I’ll charge only for the time spent and materials purchased. If your plush is nearly finished, a refund unfortunately isn’t possible.
🕰 Production Time
Each plush is made by hand—please allow 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity. Larger or detailed plushies may take longer. I’ll keep you updated along the way!
📦 Shipping
Your plushie is carefully packaged and sent via trusted carriers. Angry Juice is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during shipping—but I’ll do my best to help if issues come up. Customs/import fees are your responsibility.
💸 Payment Terms
You’ll receive a payment request after accepting the quote. Your project will begin after I receive payment. If we split the invoice in two parts, the second half is due within 14 days of the second payment request. The plush will only be sent if the payment has been completed in full.
✨ Final Results
Plushies are handmade and may differ slightly from digital drawings or references. Please allow for some natural variation in shape, size, color, and detailing. These little imperfections are part of their charm.
🔧 Quality & Repairs
If a plushie arrives with a defect, the repair will be free of charge within 1 month of shipping. After that, repairs (due to wear or damage) can still be done, but for a small fee. See the repair page.
🐾 Environment
All plushies are made in a smoke-free, pet-friendly home with cats and guinea pigs. Extra care is taken to keep everything clean and fur-free—but if you have severe allergies, let me know in advance.
