What has happened over the past months

During the last few months of 2025, Angry Juice has been a bit less active. During this time, Angry Juice relocated to Spijkenisse. This was a major move that affected not only the business itself, but also our personal situation.

In addition, Misaki had to undergo surgery during this period. Fortunately, she has since recovered well. It was a chaotic time, but with a more stable workspace, there is now more room for calm, focus, and growth.

Shipping

In 2025, shipping to the United States was paused for several months. As of August 29, 2025, the duty-free exemption for shipments up to $800 was removed. This means that import taxes are now applied to all shipments to the U.S., regardless of their value.

Because these import costs are currently our responsibility and cannot yet be processed automatically through the website, we are unfortunately forced to temporarily disable U.S. shipping via the webshop. However, commissions are still possible. In those cases, an estimate of the import costs can be included and settled through the invoice.

Additionally, January often brings inflation on many levels, including shipping costs. These will be gradually adjusted and updated in the webshop over time.

Upcoming updates

Fortunately, there is also positive news. In the coming period, we will be working on updating and improving the website. As the number of visitors continues to grow, we have noticed that the site can sometimes be difficult to navigate and that information in both languages is not yet fully complete.

For this reason, several updates will be implemented, including the addition of a footer. This will provide clearer and more structured information about our services, FAQs, and contact forms, available in both Dutch and English.

In addition, plushies that were made last year will receive a 10% discount. This is not because they have lost their value, but to make room for new ideas and creations. Quality will always remain our priority, and sometimes a fresh start simply needs more space. We hope this will help stimulate the adoption process and find our little friends a loving new home.

Finally, we would like to sincerely thank you for all the support and patience throughout 2025. We hope that 2026 will be an even more beautiful, creative, and inspiring year.
